At Quip, we want you to love your style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
